You were doing so well, and sometimes we have slips. I think we notice the slips more once we have been doing so well so the slip seems even worse. You know you can get there because you have been there before....at least that is what my Pdoc tells me. Please don't let this period get you way down...you are strong & with help can pull yourself back up.
