Sorry to hear about your situation. If your power is still off there should be some type of organizations in your community to help get your power turned back on. If that doesn't work then see if the government can help. No one should be without power. Also with that guy, I would have him arrested. All he did was take your money and left you without power. Your a strong person. I would have lost my cool a long time ago. I hope this works out for you.
