I am so sorry I have missed your last few days.....I finally got a chance to sit down myself & BREATH......so I directly went to your posts.....after these last few days.....I NEED A GOOD LAUGH!!!! So I am sitting here munching on my dinner of doritos & ice tea.....already ate a few pieces of the roasted chicken I pulled off the chicken I brought home today...so guess this is really dessert not dinner. Figured the ice tea (without sugar) would be safer on the computer than anything with sugar when I burst out laughing.

Worn out after all the running around (not sure how you do it):
Post office....had to get the form off for the state tax business information...not doing business yet maybe some day?...but they were threatening to charge me a fine if they didn't get them the nothing information they wanted, At least the water bill is one I can afford.

Bank....wow...deposit a whole $5 rebate check from the puppy pads.....not quite enough to buy the stamps I need, but more than 1/2....so this is good...not really backwards....just used up my last stamp today.

Walmart a must.....I always get the dog food from the pet store....the good expensive stuff....Natures balance....ran out yesterday & dogs are starving...can hear the tummies growling....don't have the money to spend $100 of dog food this month...they will just have to deal with the cheap stuff for awhile.....I can see it coming....dogs & change of diet....not a pretty picture or smell.
While there...had run out of all munchies....figured I could squeeze out at least one bag of doritos without putting too much strain on my $0 food allowance this month.....found a cheap chicken also....figure that's good for a few nights. I do have a freezer full of food....so I'm really not hurting...just not in the mood for cooking.

The pharmacy was the important stop. The other day took in my Patient Assistance forms to be faxed.....called today & found they had turned me down. I make too much money to qualify according to the Government standards to get help for my medication that costs $1700+/month....I only get $1800 but I make too much money for getting help according to the government.....do I see the logic???? They said I could appeal by going to the pharmacy & getting the amount it will cost me each month & let them know.....they will reconsider my need. Like they don't know how expensive their medication costs???? Luckily I felt better when I went back to last years application & realized I had to do the same thing then......I can't remember these things that long....I am good if I remember what happened in the morning & even better when I remember something from yesterday.

Actually my most important stop was the courthouse to get the paperwork for a small claims suit against "the guy" who installed my heat pump last Oct.....still isn't fully finished.....You want some laughs.....I can give you all the excuses in the world why it's in the state it's in. Lady at small claims said it was a good thing that I have an appointment with my lawyer next week because it sounds more like it will be a civil case. (anything over $1500). I think it won't be hard to stretch (it won't take stretching really) over that amount. The exorbitant amount of my electric bill adds up to $1300....then the amount to finish the job????....sure I can find a few more $$$$ to add in there (pain & suffering). Thinking a civil case will have a much better chance of getting my money from him...maybe I can throw in my legal costs also...of course, getting the money out of him is another story.

How ironic....I just got jury duty notice I sent in a letter with, explainin how I was permanently excused in California & how I didn't think it would be a good idea for a woman living alone way out in the middle of nowhere to be involved in anything around the criminals for fear of retribution with only 6 little white fluffy dogs to defend me....now I am looking at getting involved in filing a court case. They actually did send me a letter saying they accepted my letter & I was excused.

This guys excuses have been amazing.....I started to list them & it turned into a novel that I will save for my lawyer on Tueday....& that was just the excuses....not everything that was going on around them....

I would be glad to trade you all your menagerie for this mess any day......even the wrath of BC when she finds her den a disaster would be better than this.....at least in my book.

Even listening to your mothers bowel problems on the phone would be better than listening to all the excuses......well....maybe not as entertaining however.

I have to say...it's a good thing your mothers bowel problems don't show up while she is para sailing 300 feet above the water in Jamaica & riding ATV's with her boyfriend....guess it's only a problem while she's on the telephone with you.

"his room had a rod iron gate & door that you have to enter to get in his room up stairs....

Ohhh wait....I guess technically that is a cage
Think maybe when everything gets too crazy, you can pack them all up & put them all in the cage...maybe even find a lock or something.....maybe while you try to clean up the house before BC gets home.....that way they wont be following behind you & undoing everything you are doing.

My other thought about getting everything cleaned up is that you could stay up all night & get everything clean & spotless (well...maybe we won't go that far).....that way....if they do make a mess it won't be on top of the existing mess & maybe quicker to clean....the other good point about the all night thing....you will already be up for:

7:30 a.m. Wake Logan up for breakfast (crap chips & Mountain Dew won't work here, he has to be mentally sharp)

He has to be mentally sharp, but you don't...all you have to do is get him there you can sleep while he's doing his chess tournament
Maybe even make a quick stick to the ribs breakfast....not stick to the ceiling spagetti, but maybe some stick to the pan pancakes stacks & stacks to fill him up....carbohydrates to give him energy....not really sure what gives mental sharpness in a breakfast.....my other suggestion is oatmeal.....it also sticks to everything.....& sort of nutritional if you drown it in milk.
Will be interested in hearing how all is going.....& welcoming BC home.....they always say that when you have 4 children....what's a few more.....maybe you can answer that question now????? I would think it's the same with a few more dogs too....I mean....6 is as much trouble as 3 (well maybe not quite).....at least your increase isn't a permanent thing.

Hope the girls dad was able to pick her up rather than you waiting that extra time she wanted to stay at school...how rude to expect that out of a friend.....some people just don't get it.

Enjoy the chess tournament & don't sweat the house cleaning.....maybe your faire Godmother will show up while you are at the chess tournament???
