As you see, anger has not turned to back to stress.....anger hits when something comes to a head....that is only a normal reaction until one can sort through the debris & find the path.

The electric comany came up with a payment plan...only problem it leaves me about -50 every month.....without my food being considered.

My friend that hired the same guy to do his heat pump system & was the one that suggested my using him is helping me out with some money so I can afford my lawyer.

I talked to the manufacturer the other day & they said that my lawyer could go directly to their legal group...only problem is that I don't have the "proof" that it was their fault according to them....they don't have the information where their units go out to & how they are handled through distributors who will not talk to the customer.....so all the facts of proof are hid from be because the guy refuses to give me the information......his stupid reasoning...."the privacy act"....he doesn't have to give me that information.....geezz I am trying to save his @$$ from getting nailed for the complete expense & he's too stupid to listen......either 1)there is really something wrong with his brain(no normal person could possibly be that stupid) or 2)he is trying to hide the real information that he is completely responsible for it all.....or 3)the people he filed with paid out the money & he is keeping it all to himself

Anyway you look at it...he has the key to any way of my getting the money from the manufacturer if they are responsible at all....so since I can't get the information from him...I have no other choice that to assume he is hiding the inormation from me because he is completely responsible. His latest excuse for not giving me the information....."the privacy act"....what a jerk....he doesn't even know what the privacy act is all about.....they wouldn't give him my electric bill information because if the privacy act, so he's saying he won't give me a copy of the receipts for MY HEATPUMP!!!! compressors.....I paid for them....they are under my warranty......that's what I noticed him doing when he was installing the heat pump....he was throwing around buzz words completely out of context & couldn't really explain how it was working.....I knew how it works....even by reading about it on the internet.....so it was obvious what he was doing....this guy is really an idiot....which is why it does jobs like this for earning money...he is not smart enough to hold down any other kind of job than things like this.

I confronted him about getting into jobs where he has no ability & can't handle them & it's his fault he accptes taking on jobs by letting people think he is more capable than he is & then can't handle problems when they come up.....got no response on that one.

He had the nerve to say it was because my house wasn't insulated correctly....after I got the heat pump working....I only had a bill of $164 in the same temperature month that it cost me $221 with the bad compressor....& that was before I started using the heat strips which drove the bill up to $700+....that's not insulation....but in his mind he is convinced that he is not responsible....last thing I said on the phone with him is that the judge would determine that.

I have him nailed...the electric company sent me the bad check he wrote to them.....so I have that also to fight with......glad they didn't send it back to him....people can go to jail for writing bad checks...I am sure his story of the lost check books & bad checks written on the account has to be a lie like everything else. People can be put in jail for writing bad checks!!!.....hmmmm

The company man he said he hired to come out & install the compressor ...who I thought might be cheating everyone....I wrote a complaint to BBB....they countered my complaint with no proof....so I replied to that to keep the complaint in place....think if they can testify under oath that all he did was hire them to check what was wrong with my compressor & never were hired to install it like the guy said....I think I will write up a letter saying that I recant my complaint if they can do that to prove just another one of his lies.....then I will get rid of the complaint off their name....they aren't an honest company either...into drugs & stuff, so not sure that they wouldn't lie under oath anyway????

It talking to the manufacturer....they said I should have had another company come out & take care of it....like I had money to do that???? I do get very angry that in a situation where you are totally wronged....everyone comes at you like the electric company or won't give a finger of help...like the manufacturer or the guy......if you call everyday & make a nuisance out of yourself...they say they will just ignore you....if you don't call every day & try to give the person the benefit of the doubt you are wrong.....no matter what you do you are wrong....I get angry at people who don't know the situation who judge what I should have done....I would like to see what they would have done in this situation.....at first...the reasoning was the thermostat...no idea that it was the heat pump...no body debugged the system well enough at first....problem...it was warm weather & they couldn't really tell very well what it was doing.....then it ends up there is a problem with the wiring to the thermostat...which is causing it so that it won't switch from heat to AC.....so the combination made it more difficult....add to that the ice storm in the end of January that messed us all up here for about 1 month.....everyone forgets about those things when they start to judge.....I am fighting those feelings also besides the ones of being so wronged only yet again another time.

It does seem that the Kentucky business people are lying cheating slimes.....so that's what I have to say about them....only one I have had work here I can say did the job he was supposed to. Luckily, the good job was on replacing all the windows & soffets.....a huge part of the house I couldn't have handled having problems with.

Will keep you informed on what happens....next step is the lawyer...he actually knows the guy & knows that he is not a licensed HVAC person.....so will see how to attack the situation....& have better direction at that time.
