Being tired is horrible, on top of everything else.
Aside from my wonderful sleeping pills (trazadone), I try doing body scans. Concentrate on feet for 3 breaths, calves for 3 breaths, knees etc etc. One minute I can't see how I'm going to sleep, and the next I'm getting dozy. It does stop me thinking too much. If it doesn't work after a couple of times through I would reach for the pills.
