You only have to stay sober for one day!!! at a time.....get through one day and the days will add up. Use whatever tools you can get to stay sober....take the suggestions from your sponsor. You can do it!!! You are not alone. I will pray for you....for the willingness to stay sober. You have to truly want to stay sober...only then will you be able to do so...with the help of your Higher Power and your sponsor and your support group. I love you, hun. Hugs.
