I find RW friendships involve an interlocking with the other person, you can seem to be trapped with them, "cornered," a lot of people can't help being abusive or trying to take advantage when they think you have no escape. On the net you are obviously free as a bird, no point in even trying such nonsense.

RW friends probably require more assertiveness, skills in resolving the weirdo quirks of human nature.
