I've been there. It gets really scary when the wall starts staring back...
maybe don't worry about if what you say makes sense in any kind of coherient way...just type what ever pops in your head...
start with only one word if you need to...or even one letter...wait a few minutes, then try 2 letters & so on...
Ohh don't forget to shower & brush your teeth & stuff....I know when a person is really depressed that goes down the tubes too
