Hey Everyone!

I've had alot of ppl ask me if it is okay if you came to Grounding Skills Chat. Of course you can come, now as far as other chat groups maybe asking the Chat Leader if you can come but I think you can. I probally should know but I don't run those other than Pain Chat.

Just because I create a room, it just helps to keep it more individualized and I can put a "topic" on the room you create and NO you don't need a password for these chats.
