Yes - i agree. It was hard to get all the parts to believe that. But it sure helped to hear her actually say those words "I am not trying to get rid of you". It did sound like we're in this for the long haul and i am very grateful for that. I am sure it is extrememly challenging to work with me (my system)... perhaps just as frustrating ( i think i heard her speak of frustration) as my working with my "life skills" population of kids still learning 1-10 and basic spelling and i want SO MUCH for them to be able to read and do math and cope with life and do well. Actually that is a really good analogy for me to hold. And to see the patience that T uses in working with me - to how I work with my life skills kids.
