I have missed yet another day of work today because of all of this. Suffering severe panic attacks.....shaking, crying, extreme nausea, vomiting, butterflies in the pit of my stomach. I can't shake it.

I called my primary doctor today and have an appt this afternoon. I am hoping he can give me something to help me through this. I am already on an antidepressant, but perhaps some adjustments need to be made with the meds to help me get through this.
