Thanks for the update...

I'm glad you know what is causing the pain, and hope you found some relief in finding out.
It's going to be tough following those "take it easy" recommendations, perhaps it will get easier though when you see that it, and the Ibuprofen, are helping you.
Getting the anxiety under control will also help so much...easy to say and hard to do!
