I try to find anything that will distract the self hate or the panic. If someone is in the chat room ill go in there and try to goof around. Ill watch a movie or try to find something intresting on tv. I have a game online i play that works pretty well. If all that fails i try to convince myself that this low will break eventually. Its really hard to force your brain out of the rut it is running in but it will by itself eventually. Hope things get better there soon (((((jammer)))))
