My dr said a heat pad or hot water bottle is good to have on my chest to help the pain. I'll have to look into getting one. For this weekend, though, Connor will be giving me his hot water bottle to use for the pain.

I live on my own so not lifting the rubbish to be taken out is a difficult one, but I guess we'll see!
