When something like this happens, it's a good idea to contact each of your creditors and let them know your current temporary financial situation. They can help. Ask them to accept lower payments or to waive payments for 3 or 6 months to give you a chance to get back on track. They might not be able to do everything you ask, but they might be able to work with you in some way that will make it easier for you.
Contacting them lets them know you are aware and concerned about how you can pay and they appreciate that.
