I know you are scared. I want you to know that it is safe here and there are good people who will not hurt you!!
Sometimes memories can be very scary. Maybe write them down when you get them....someplace secret. Maybe try not to decide if they are real or not right now. Save that for when you are with the T person. They will help you to find out what is what. Our older parts say that we just do our best to acknowledge our thoughts, feelings, and memories and try real hard not to judge them.
Wanna know how nice it is here? When we started talking here, only two of us were allowed to talk. But everyone has been so nice that now more of us can talk and we feel safe.
You are safe here with us....k!! Big hugs for you if it's okay for hugs!!
