best advice we can give ya is to hang on to your dreams of what you wnat to do and how you will be able to live when you are able to get out......like when we has lived in nasty places that was the only way we could tolerate sometimes was by telling ourself how we would make our life be once we got out and keeping that hope alive no matter what......
