I joined not to long ago and am not used to chats or blogging, have been diagnosed just recently with adult adhd, long time bipolar 2 and feel very frustrated with how difficult this all seems. I was just looking to find some kind of support as my pdoc figures out which meds to try to help. Was off meds for a year so starting all over. New manager just started at work I've been there 3yrs, lots of anxiety-- new changes, have therapist, but no other support. I find computers just run me round in circles and is not fast in reply, the one chat room I did go into seemed confusing everyone responding at the same time about differnt things -- who's talking to whom. I just feel very tense feel like I don't have time. Need to relax -- Ha ha.
