((((4Grace)))) and ((((Fuzzybear)))) thank you so much for being kind to my pixie.
we are finally getting to pixies who have the feelings we hid from. it is hard for them to talk about it to our T and God, but they are being very brave and telling secrets and expressing their feelings.
it took us about 9 hours to feel calm and grown up again. we avoided the feelings for so long and i'm glad we are finally letting them come up and out - they have been poisoning us and draining our energy for a very long time. it is amazing to find that we can break the old bad rules and tell the secrets. it is so great that it ONLY took about 9 hours and we slept fine and we are ok today (even though we are going to the dentist in a couple hours  )
we fought remembering with our feelings for over 13 years (or for over 50 years from a real time perspective). my hurt, lil pixies thought they could not survive feeling/telling. what is so terrible and mean is that the abusers put that horrid fear into little children and kept them so scared to talk. we mistrusted the people and our God who were trying to help us. GRRRRRR!!!!!!
