lifestyle change is where it's at. morti is correct. i don't eat after a certain time in the evening. i take my lunch to work, so i have healthy food and snacks throughout the day. i walk four miles a day. if i don't get to walk, i don't complain to myself. i just say that i'll do it the next day.......it's about being good to oneself, limiting sugar and fat and staying away from high caloric junk.......i wish you a ton of luck. do come over to our support group. it is working for me and others.......oxxo pat
