Hi Tay!! 
Does your T know about your little girl part? I'm assuming she does. I think your T will get to know her and will like and appreciate how she helps keep you safe. It might take just a little time for them to get to know eachother, but I don't think your T would yell at her. Good T's are very understanding and patient with the little parts. They know that they are vulnerable and sensative, even if they are angry parts, or loud parts.
I bet T will be working with your little girl in no time!! I do know that it is scary for the little ones. My littles are just starting to come out more with my current T, but I am switching T's so I can explore and treat my DID better and they haven't yet come forward with our new T...but that will come with time and trust!!
