I've really needed these today. I haven't heard anything from my T, so not sure what's happening on that front :-/ and I managed to get a little bit of sleep, which has helped a little, but I still feel hot, bothered and ill

Hmm. I guess.. I'll have to see how I am by Friday and if I'm not any better, make an appointment to see a dr. Want to avoid that as much as possible...
