Once again, I got blown off!!! GRRRRR

They went to my neighbor's house and then had to go to another case...This is the 2nd time!!!!

I called and left a message, clearly showing that I was irritated, letting them know that I was no longer able to take time off from work for this - and that they will either need to handle this over the phone, come over before 8:30 AM or after 6 PM....Or on the weekend, but not this weekend because I'm booked.

GRRRR! I want to get PAST this......

I am going to call one of their supervisors tomorrow morning to let them know that I am VERY dissatisfied with how they are handling the situation because I'm hearing all these things that are NOT facts that are coming from the little girl.....denying this and that....accusing this and that....and it's inaccurate. I am the only one who SAW THE INCIDENT with MY OWN TWO EYES very very VERY CLEARLY....WHY are they not TALKING TO ME?????
