would it be possible for you to write down everything you saw and keep it for later? i think it is important that you mention those texts, too - you don't know exactly what is happening with the adults in the situation, and this could be an attempt for them to try and intimidate you into not saying anything.

i am glad you rang the supervisor, and i hope something can get resolved quickly. i guess the difficult thing is that when social services are so underfunded, that unfortunately it does become a matter of attending to the most pressing case first. if an urgent call comes through, then that does take precedence over an interview.

but i hope they can sort something out so that you don't have to continually wait in limbo.
