Hey, I have an idea, but I'd call a gyno first. Vagisil makes these medicated wipes (you can also get the creams) that treat itch (generally, of yeast infection), but also has several vitamins to sooth irritated skin. Your gyno can tell you if they're safe for the itch from shaving.
