And, since teen girls are more likely to give birth to babies with birth defects, then the main attraction should be to women in their late teens to 20's.

I know for a fact, there are many men who would seek out 13- and 14-year-olds, if it were legal. Look at the number of Internet predators who look for very young girls. And men joke openly about their celebration of a girl turning 18, hence, "legal." I think there are men who follow the law, because they don't want to end up in jail, but if it were legal, they'd seek out younger females.

What does this say about older women?
