Reviewing todays article in the News Headline forum, I quote the following

"THURSDAY, May 21 (HealthDay News) -- Very young children who spent excessive time in child-care facilities or who had insensitive mothers may be more prone to stress in their teen years, a long-term study suggests."

My daughter is 13, and well,.... Her father commited suicide when she was 14 months old. My closest family members were over 600 miles away, and I worked a full and part time job. You bet she spent "excessive time in child care". I'm not sure if I was insensitive though, at least back then.

Now, my "new" teenager is more prone to stress...geez, thats only 6 more years right?? At least my entire head of hair has already turned grey
