I know how you feel. It isn't nice to expect someone to visit once they have stated that they will come over, for them not to even bother to let you know they have changed their plans. Has happened to me on more than several occassions.

I stopped seeing them or ringing them, or even visiting them. Guess what never recieved a call to see what was wrong, no emails either etc. So was it their way of telling me to piss off.

Now haven't see or heard from several of these so called friends in years.

Odd how we always talked about their problems, where they had been on holidays etc yet when I started to tell anyone of them anything such as my new art work or the fact I had won a prize for an entry in an Art Show, all I ever got was 'thats nice gotta go! have to get home to clean the house' or something else was the excuse which was pretty lame.

Now I just don't bother. Fed up with being fed up with it all.
