I know this is all very hard for you right now and I know you're really worried, but please do something for yourself, even something small like a bubble bath or a hot cup of cocoa or a funny movie. You can't be there for others if you're not there for yourself, and I don't want you sinking any further because you've forgotten to be kind to yourself as well as all the kindness you have for others.
