Angel You can do it, like Catherine said, break time down into smaller more manageable increments - and then manage time, make a plan for each half day, hour, 10 minutes, whatever. Do nice things for yourself.

My experience, feelings are a ******, especially when you are first getting in touch with them and have lots of garbage from the past to sift through. The only way through feelings is through them, as far as I know.
