I don't think that's such a good idea. If you want him back, you have to accept that HE needs to be part of the decision, too. You can't make him want you and I caution you about having such strong determination to "win him back".
We have to take "no" for an answer. In the same way that you don't want a boy to go too far and to respect you when you say "no, that's enough", you need to respect him when he says "no, I don't want to be back together with you".
