Thanks for the invitation. I've noticed that many here do seem to be paying close attention to their moods. I used to, and often arranged my day around either what mood I found myself in or what mood I thought I needed to get into in order to do whatever I was supposed to be doing.
Nowadays I'm more likely to "tuck my mood under my arm" and go on about my business. I can see a risk that I
might neglect to allow for how I'm feeling and get into trouble as a result. In practice, that seldom seems to happen.
