Hi,

The warm soaks really help, but also get some menthol alcohol and massage it into your legs. A heating pad or an electric blanket wrapped around your legs also help. Last but not least, potassium helps if you aren't including enough in your diet.

If all else fails, call your Dr. and get a muscle relaxant to use for a little while. I hope you feel much better soon.
