I get this stuff from my local chiropractor and gym that I go to. Its called Biofreeze.Its cold when it goes on then it warms up. Losens the muscles. I usually take a hot soak in the tub with my lavender and then put this on too . It really helps . I like hot water best cause I stay in the tub for awhile . Sometimes falling asleep. lol.
