I can't stop breathing chemicals, I get strong urges to get it in my system, it set's my mind free and I forget about everything.
The problem is, I'm forgetting the stuff I should remember like important dates, I can't even do math in my head anymore, I need a calculator to do it. And a few times driving home from work I forgot where I lived and had to stay parked on the side of the road till I remembered.
The reason it's so hard to stop is because I'm an Auto body repairer & Painter so I work with dozens of chemicals everyday.
Does anyone have any ideas on what I can do to stop?
