Eight weeks ago I broke my leg and I had to get a cast.
Along with that I had to drop out of a school program i was in because of the immobility from the cast. I have been pretty much home bound and living alone and with the injury, forced to do very little. I have ended up sleeping a lot during the daytime, not being able to exercise or do much of anything. I have gained eight pounds which I am frantic about because of non-activity, but I wonder if the sleeping is because of boredom or my depression is back or both...I am afraid it is the depression which was caused by the boredom. Any feedback is welcome.
