Hi Mrs.Lovett,
This is goodnews. My therapist just handed me a copy of the firt chapter in the book "Delivered from Distraction ." same author as Driven to Distraction .
19 pages called
the skinny on add: read this if you can't read the whole book.
I rarely read a whole book . I crack it open and read and move around and do not finish. I alway felt bad about it. but thats typical for ADHD.
try reading for ten miuntes at a time . set an alarm to go off to bring you back to what your suppose to be reading.
there was somthimg else I was gonna share ,but it slipped my mind.

But I mentioned to my pdoc that I am annoying to others (I am told) and that I often interrupt and finish people's sentences (and am often wrong ) for them. It's crazy. At least I am trying to catch myself when I do it now, but I just can't stop it. And my brain is ablur. I jump around like crazy. Usually people just don't seem to get it. When I tell them that I run around like a mad woman, I really mean it!
Does this sound like ADD, or something else? I'm just curious...
