I think it's a good idea, never heard of a mood tracker before! I had a very difficult time choosing between depression or anxiety, is it that big a deal? Both are big problems for me right now.
Also I do like the idea of doing it daily or weekly - often - so I can perhaps find any patterns. I can use all the help I can get!
I strongly disagree with an average of 61/2 hours of sleep in the past week being no problem. I need 8 - 9 to feel good. My brain is foggy from lack of sleep right now.
