turquoisea, has a good point.....try warm baths...as warm as you can stand them....for the lower extremities....till you sweat heavily....They will help.....probably better than NSAIDS....which is the case for me...When I get out I feel alot better and can sleep without pain in my lower extremeties......till next day......
