Oh yes, septembermorn,

You couldn't be more right in your thoughts....looking back this is what I have been mostly doing so the awful thoughts that have been pleaging me have been stuffed away while I need to concentrate on more important things in the future.

I have a play day horse show I am showing in this coming Saturday & a Dressage show that I really have to practice for that is going to be on July 10. All of these take so much concentration & a necessity to be one with my horse that there is no place for other thoughts. I know that weeks before a dressage show that when I am not practicing the drills with my horse, I am running through them in my mind, leaving no room for anything else. It is amazing the free feeling I get while on my horse....gliding off into the sunset....cool breeze blowing around me, being one with the gentle giant I am sitting on, peace, quiet except for the sound of hooves on the ground kinda like a metronome beating out the rythem.

Here's hoping that everyone can benefit from your thoughts. We can make life beautiful when we fill our mind with the good things we have & not allow room for the other things that bother us.
