Yeah, sure sounds like the familiar depression story to me...
A psychiatrist is a great place to go for help, if you have access to one...a psychiatrist can point you in the right direction...maybe you can overcome the bad feelings with just psychotherapy, maybe some meds would make a big difference.
Don't be afraid to look for help. Getting help doesn't mean you're crazy...

The earlier in life you tackle this the better, in my opinion.
