...I don't normal don't post here b/c it reminds of the things that happened in my life -- events that are as far pack as 6 years old. I thought after 80+ ECTs they'd just go away; now I cannot remember the "good years" I admire those who have the guts in THIS forum
I still have the flashbacks frequently at night; at the beginning of an anxiety attack.......after started professional therapy at age 19; now i'm 43 & still having flashbacks..........BUT The other night i ran across a web site that had the MOST EXCELLENT tips for coping/surviving 'flashbacks" Check it out!!!
