I would say that is wasn't the prozac only because that was the med that I was on when I ended up having anorexic problems last time. While on it, I went down to 85 lbs & was really sick. No one realized that prozac was the cause, so kept me on it & I kept losing. My pdoc finally decided to change meds to wellbutrin....which did the same thing by continuing the weight loss. When I finally got into using the internet, research on those meds told me that they can both cause weight loss or weight gain....depending on the person that is taking them...guess I just had the opposite effect as you.

I don't remember what symptoms I had when going off those meds, but I don't think that is any symptoms that anyone should be experiencing because everyone is different....like my going off of valium after 1o years of taking it without any withdrawals at all...never heard of it, but it happened.
