yeah, i've felt really down lately. it's been raining for weeks and no sun means depression and less/no exercise. i've gotten into a real rut. i gained ten pounds over the last semester and it's going to be hard work getting them off. off and on i've tried during the month of may to exercise and not eat. then i get discouraged and give up because what usually works is not working this time. i need to be accountable on a daily basis. what do you think? would that help you out to? if so, i'll start tomorrow with you. let me know. if not, anyone else out there interested in a daily check in for the next couple of weeks--just to get back into the habit of exercising and eating only healthy?????
