i'm not on med either and have felt like i need a good burn/cut to snap me out of this mode i'm in. extremely depressed. i called the psy. a couple of days ago to set up an appoint. to change past med and try something dif. hasn't called back. i suppose i should bug them again.

as far as the hug part, i sure can relate. i don't even look men in the eyes not to mention hugs--way too many bad memories. alot can happen in a short hug. yuck is right! you would think pastors would be aware of what can be communicated. unfortunately, i don't trust men period--pastors included.
