That officer sounds like one disgusting pig.

Even if it was not the best choice ever to be on the road with some other guy, it still doesn't put you at fault. It never will. Heck, if I were you I probably would have done the same thing, you were just trying to keep yourself safe because who knows what could have happened otherwise?

This guy deserves to be locked up for acting like such a slimy animal in my opinion.
