No matter how much you think you have prepared both mind and heart for this time to come, the finality of it all crashes through and can take you right off your feet.
I remember like it was yesterday every single emotion I went through when my mom passed. I still feel them to this day some 28 years later. The only thing I can tell you is that old saying about time healing is so very true.
You are a good and loving daughter. You can only do the best you can do and mom knows that. Please be easy on yourself especially right now. You will have your ups and downs....it is inevitable. Don't fight them, let them come, deal with them when you have the strength.
