OMG---Hope you aren't having any pain - when I worked for a dentist, there was a patient who has sexual abuse issues, and she had to get meds to help her when she just had her teeth cleaned. So there are plans of action you can check out if it is a real bummer for you. Sorry I dn't remember what she took, but it was so sad to me because it was never anything I ever had to deal with myself, and hadn't really ever thought about before.

Hope you can get them fixed for free...most of the time they are gauranteed for 5 to 7 years. I know insurance companys don't pay for them unless they are that old, depends on what insurance you have. But they are meant to last longer than one year!
