Your small children smell better and so does your furniture, house and car.
Been quit about 25 years now. I still remember the first time I smelled the cherry blossoms in the spring as I was going for a walk. Amazing! I'll never forget it! Also, when I worked in a preschool I could always tell the parents who smoked because their children's clothes smelled of smoke. Oh dear, not so nice for kids.
Eventually I even led a quit smoking group. It was called Operation Kick It! Don't think anyone quite though. Keep on going and trying. They say you have to try seven or more times before you actually quit for good.
