I saw my ex gf today. It's been a long time since we dated, but it was a very emotional relationship. I hate to see her with a family now, a baby in her arms...blaghhhhh

Thought I was long over this stuff. Makes me feel like I haven't done anything with my life since her and have only gone downhill...

I've been in another relationship since that's pretty serious. and it's been a few years as I said. Don't know why seeing ex with a baby in her arms triggered me so much.
